Cancellation Policy

In case you wish to cancel your order , please get in touch with the customer care through email at ccare@purerootsherbals.in within 24 hours of the placement of your order. In case of cancellation of prepaid orders , refund of any amount paid , will be processed to the sources of payment, within 10 business days as per exchange / return policies.
