Exchange / Return Policy

Exchange of product will be accepted within 1 day of delivery date, only if the products are returned in sealed conditions with the invoice and original packaging , in undamaged condition and subject to the following reasons along with invoice copy /video :
• Damaged or broken bottles/packs
• Wrong product delivery
• Expired product delivery

Returns will not be accepted if :

• The product is not in original packaging
• The product is damaged
• It is without the invoice
• It is with tampered label, batch number and price

Failure to provide adequate information, invoice copy, photo video of the packet, damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Exchange/Return policy. Exchange of products due to allergic reactions is not applicable return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
